Welcome! I’m so glad you stopped by. Every piece here is created with care, heart, and a little bit of sparkle ✨. Because each work of stained glass is handmade and unique, there are a few important things to know before placing an order.

🖐️ Handmade with Love (and Solder)

Each piece from Rainbow Reflections by Andrew is handcrafted — no two are ever the same!

💎 Expect slight variations in color, texture, solder lines, or glass patterns.

💡 Colors may look different on screens versus in natural light — that’s part of the magic!

Your piece is one-of-a-kind, just like a rainbow after a storm 🌦️.

📦 Shipping & Delivery (When not local pickup.)

All mail orders are packed with extra care to make sure they arrive safely.

🚚 Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking and insurance.

📬 Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it’s considered successfully delivered.

📷 If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging — I’ll assist in filing an insurance claim.

Note: I can’t be responsible for delays, loss, or damage once a package is in transit, but I always do my best to help if something goes wrong. 💖

💰 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade and fragile:

❌ All sales are final once purchased.

If your piece arrives damaged, reach out right away — I’ll help guide you through the insurance process.

If I’m able to offer a replacement or store credit (case by case), I’ll do everything I can to make it right.

💳 Payments & Orders (When not local purchase.)

Payments are processed securely through Square 🔒.

Orders are shipped only after payment has cleared.

Please double-check your shipping info before checking out — once it’s on its way, I can’t reroute it.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel suspicious or incomplete orders. (Gotta keep things safe and sparkly for everyone ✨).

🎨 Custom Creations

Got a special idea in mind? I love creating custom stained glass pieces!

💬 Full payment is required before work begins.

🖼️ Once you approve the design and glass choices, all sales are final.

🪞Small artistic adjustments may be made during creation to ensure strength, beauty, and balance in your final piece.

Any measurement listed is an approximant size meant to be a guide. For exact measurements please reach out prior to placing an order.

📏  Please note that exact sizes, shapes, and angles may have imperfections and vary slightly.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the shop policies.
